This program is a discussion forum for husbands, partners, and caregivers, guided by the experiences of others who lost their loved ones to this disease. Caregivers are isolated, alone, struggling with family finances, pressured by the unknown, and seeing their loved ones in decline each day. They are in financial toxicity with all funds spent on keeping their Stage 4 loved one alive. This forum allows them to open up and express their rage, fears, and uncertainties about what the future holds for them and their families. The LESLIE'S WEEK caregivers are never alone after their HANDS4GIVERS experience. We have a private Facebook page for our caregivers, which aids in their communication with guidance from their new friends who walk in their shoes.

CIRCLE4STAGE4 | $5,000

This program is designed for emotional healing, community engagement, bonding, and sharing the common thread of the Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer diagnosis. We provide each woman a Circle of Support that extends beyond the mountains of Tennessee. The outcomes have been positive and profound in releasing the isolation felt by these women in their Stage 4 MBC experience. They make friends with those who share commonalities in therapies, treatments, pharmaceuticals, clinical trials, and progression. They bond and form avenues of communication. This program allows each woman to develop friendships and a circle of support extending beyond Tennessee's mountains. LESLIE'S WEEK has a private Facebook page for them to continue their discussions where they expand their Stage 4 MBC circle of MBC friends.

CLUB4KIDS | $10,000

This program is an art expression experience for the children of Stage 4 Breast Cancer women. This creative experience releases their emotions of fear and anxiety. Many are traumatized by watching their mother decline each day. The children are unfamiliar with their emotions and cannot put them into words. They are in our art room with other children who walk in their shoes. They make friends and bond with each other. They share and network so they may continue communicating with those who know what they are going through. They begin to unleash their fears by creating art pieces representing their anxieties. They gift their creations to their mothers, the first woman they fell in love with. 

Art pieces are selected from the CLUB4KIDS experience and are exhibited at the STAGE4CHANGE conference at The Legacy Castle in New Jersey. Our DREAMS4TEENS program for older children of MBC mothers helps select the art and mount and display the conference art show. They want their Voices heard.

DREAMS4TEENS | $10,000

This is a program for teens to experience friendship with those who genuinely understand the emotions, struggles, and victories they face daily while living with their Stage 4 breast cancer mother and it is for those teens who have lost their mother to this devastating disease. DREAMS4TEENS is a safe space for teens to let go and be vulnerable. It is an exciting space for teens to create lifelong memories and friends. It is a loving space where our arms embrace every teen who comes through our open doors. We give teens a community where they grow and find freedom from their isolation, fear, and anxiety. The mission of DREAMS4TEENS is that these connections spark a new dream in the lives of our participating teens. The LESLIE'S WEEK private Instagram page for our teens allow them to continue their discussions with other teens experiencing their same life trials.
